Here is the complete message from the president's memo:
Team—
I know you all just completed your meeting - I hope you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the recent updates. Previously I shared you all a note, I expressed the following: “I believe in this group. You all are some of the most dedicated and innovative developers we have had the pleasure to work with - and we’re looking forward for that partnership to endure.”
Given your hard work and flexibility, particularly over the past twelve months, you consistently demonstrate that.
The community feedback from last autumn’s the game testing phase was informative. It validated the potential of a action-packed game but told us we still had work to do. It revealed the necessity for a clearer brand.
It has been motivating to see how far you’ve come. You took the input to mind and revamped Project ETHOS with a renewed direction - one that’s poised to achieve its potential to our fans.
The belief in this project strengthens every day. To boost the incredible development you’ve made, It is a pleasure to welcome Ben Brinkman as the latest Studio Head of the team. After a period of discussions, he comes aboard us on next week.
His management and experience in the competitive gaming field is vast, having spent the past decade and a half creating and managing some of the most well-known franchises in the industry, for example the acclaimed shooter, and more recently, Apex Legends.
I invite you all in receiving Ben in the coming days. We are all looking forward to keep observing the evolution of the game in the time to come.
The President
Experience of the New Head
