Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section detailing different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
